Cornerstone is continually buzzing with construction activity. During the summer, we often have 150-200 construction workers here daily.

In 2005, we laid 14 miles of water, natural gas pipeline and fiber optics from Highway 550 onto the Cornerstone property. Most golf course holes were shaped and many were irrigated and readied for grass.

Last year we continued to build infrastructure in the community, broke ground on the Golf Clubhouse and completed 11 golf holes—with sod on fairways and grass planted on greens and tees.

In 2007, we completed the construction of the entire golf course and the paving of Government Springs Road in Ouray County. There was also significant progress on the golf clubhouse and construction began on the Golf Foursome Cabins.
