Reeling In: From a beginner lesson to a leisurely day on our private stretch of river to overnight float fishing expeditions, expert outfitters are awaiting our call.

Cornerstone is proud to announce our partnership with Centennial Ranch to provide our members a beautiful and prolific stretch of private fishing on the Uncompahgre River. Just 20 minutes away, Vince and Michael Kontny will host or guide or members for an hour or a day on the river. And, afterwards, their perfectly reproduced “line cabin’ is perfect for a fireside picnic or a night in the frontier.

In 2008, Cornerstone’s June 3-day fly-fishing float will launch during the revered stonefly hatch. Many more float trips are planned. And, it’s not just about what the fish are biting, Chef Peter makes sure that hungry anglers’ palates have treats, too.

The Artist in You : Painting, photography, fiber arts and more. Cornerstone can tap a broad artists’ network to create intimate “in residence” programs for kids, adults or families.

Powder Parties: Powder hounds can rendezvous at the Mountain Club for lattes or cocoa before catching a ride when the lifts open. Ski or ride, alone or in hordes, or take the guided mountain tour du jour...just don’t miss the mid-day bbq or the Ancho Chile Cherry Brownies après ski.

A Rockin’ Time: Colorado is home to climbing and bouldering enthusiasts who are ready and willing to guide and give lessons at favorite spots nearby. A boulder field of our own is in the planning. For the brave and hardy, ice climbing is an attraction in nearby Ouray.

Iron Chefs in the Making: Foodies gather ‘round! Chef Peter O’Brien does share his “secret” recipes and skills in his warm, Texas drawl. Creativity, humor and encouragement are all liberal ingredients of Peter’s style—great for kids and grown-ups, too.
