It is no accident that Cornerstone’s service style feels seasoned and mature. As the driving force behind our signature Pioneer Hospitality, Jim Mikula brings 20-plus years of worldly experience to Cornerstone. After earning a degree at the renowned UNLV Hotel Administration program, Jim launched a long and successful career starting with Hyatt Hotels and Resorts and Sheraton Hotels and Resorts in the U.S. Then after moving to Asia with Regent Hotels, he capped his career with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts as a sales, marketing and hotel development executive. Upon leaving the hospitality industry, Jim consulted for luxury brands such as Four Seasons Residence Clubs, The Irvine Company’s Pelican Hill and Exclusive Resorts.
A teacher and mentor at heart, Jim co-authored the book, Shadowing: Guidance that Works and recently authored Sales Training, published by ASTD Press. |
