Flashing quick wit and an equally quick eye, Kathy Hart Wood is able to diagnose a golfer’s swing—of either gender—and offer tips that immediately improve their game. The celebrated teacher and former LPGA touring pro, Kathy Hart-Wood has traveled the world, competing in the professional circuit on the European, Korean, Australian and South African tours. She founded the LPGA Girls Golf Club of South Florida, an organization designed to foster interest in golf by girls ages 5-18 through creative clinics and social competitions. Kathy’s insightful and top-notch teaching skills, recently gained her recognition as one of the “Top 50 Teachers” in Golf for Women magazine.
Originally from Buffalo, New York and a graduate of Furman University, Kathy is a member of the LPGA’s Teaching and Club Professional Division and served as the lead instructor for the Golf for Women Schools by Nicklaus/Flick. |
